About place:

I go in there occasionally, but I pass it every morning on my way to work. Since I first heard about permafrost thawing, I have wondered what will happen. The museum is not built on rock, but on soil that becomes muddy and waterlogged in the spring. A small extension next to it has started to sink due to the thawing. It is an important place, because Knud Rasmussen and his family lived there, and many archaeological collections are kept there.
