About place:
Sermermiut is very important to me, also through my work, especially in tourism. There are clear
traces of previous settlement. Grass that only grows where people have lived can be found
there. We visit the place depending on the weather, and I am often there in connection with
various activities. As the permafrost thaws, cracks appear in the landscape, and coastal erosion
occurs. You can clearly see layers of different cultures on top of each other.
