Our restaurant is located in an old sawmill from 1880, and in these historic and beautiful surroundings you can enjoy a cup of coffee with homemade apple cake and vanilla ice cream, while looking out over Øyeren. Do you want dinner? Our menu contains something for every taste, whether you want fish, meat or maybe a real burger? A classic on our menu is Flesk og Duppe, proper Norwegian home cooking, and do you know what? We peel our own potatoes, and make all sauces and stuffing from scratch! The menu changes throughout the year, but something you will always find on the menu is Sagbruksburger, and Flesk og Duppe.
