About place:
Tromøy Church was originally a Romanesque stone church built around 1150. Rebuilt into a cross church in the period 1748-1758, and today one of Arendal's oldest attractions. The church is an old seamark, and it was said that when Tromøy Church stands on the water, you are thirty miles from land.
