The sailing cabin is idyllically located on Bjorholmen just outside Borøya in Tvedestrand. In 2017, Aust-Agder Turistforening signed a 30-year agreement with the owner, Rasmus Os, to furnish and rent out the cabin so that it will be available to the public.
