Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk

Hillesvåg Ullvarefabrikk is an Économusée where you can follow the production from the wool coming in to the finished product. The factory has produced yarn from Norwegian wool since 1898, and the over 100-year-old machines are still in operation. The shop has a large selection of its own yarn, patterns, wool for felting and finished products in Norwegian wool.

The factory dates back to 1898, and several of the machines are over 100 years old. Over the years, the factory has been expanded and built on to keep up with changing times and trends, and now houses all the parts needed for wool and yarn production, as well as warehouses for an online store and a large retail department.
