Osteverkstedet is a small-scale, artisanal cheese factory in Lillesand that makes Italian-inspired cheeses from Norwegian milk without preservatives. They produce mozzarella, burrata, ricotta and Oaxaca, among others, all made by hand with a focus on taste and tradition.
