Invitasjon til inspirasjonsmøte om turisme

• Have you had thoughts about developing a business idea related to tourism locally, or do you want to be inspired? If so, I am pleased to invite you to an exciting inspiration meeting where we can together explore opportunities to strengthen our region as an attractive tourist destination all year round. • The meeting will provide us with a great arena to share ideas and experiences on how we can develop local attractions, historical sites, restaurants, as well as activities such as bicycle and canoe rentals and fishing trips. We will also have interesting speakers with us who will contribute valuable insight: • Visit Sørlandet will present the opportunities in the new and promising market from the Netherlands. • Per Edvard Andersen from the history team will take us back to the Dutch era and shed light on our region's historical connections. • The Department of Commerce in Arendal Municipality will provide information about resources and support for those who want to develop new concepts within tourism. • Lisbeth Iversen from MHFA will present the regional network Agder Crafting Region, which can be a useful resource for all creative businesses. We hope you can participate, and that you can also consider inviting others who may be interested in this topic. Together we can create an inspiring dialogue about what can be done to make our area even more attractive to visitors. Time and place for the meeting is November 11th. 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM at Eydehavn volunteer center Looking forward to hearing from you!
