The cabin is nicely located on Øyliheia, with great views of both Vågsbygdskauen and the city fjord with the entrance to Kristiansand. If you want to experience the sunrise over Kristiansand, this is the place to go! The area around the cabin consists mostly of mountains in the day, but there are good opportunities to set up a hammock in a forest grove near the cabin.
