Inderøy Brenneri is a Norwegian craft distillery at Berg Gård in Inderøy, Trøndelag, which has resumed aquavit production after over 100 years. They make many different aquavits and gins with local ingredients, and you can book aquavit tastings and tours of the farm. The products are sold via Vinmonopolet.
