We welcome you to an extraordinary culinary experience! Together with the students of the restaurant and food department at Sam Eyde High School, we are pleased to invite you to a tasty five-course dinner. The dishes are based on old recipes taken from our historical cookbook collection. The menu is set with a focus on seasonal ingredients and locally sourced food. Everything is made and served by their own student company - so here you get to enjoy a historic meal while supporting young culinary talents! Price: 665 NOK per person. There are limited places. Deadline for ordering tickets: Sunday, November 30. Drinks are not included in the price and can be purchased at Oselias Café. It will also be possible to buy beer or wine with the meal.
