The project's most important success factors
Funding, organization, signage and collaboration
First, you will get an exciting presentation of the hiking trail itself and the experiences from the project. Then, the contributors share insights into how collaboration between voluntary organizations, history clubs, outdoor recreation councils and the municipality has made this a successful hiking trail project. The event is also tailored for those who enjoy outdoor activities and would like to walk all or part of the route.
About Fjellmannsvegen
The Fjellmannsvegen stretches from Slettefet in Evje, via the heaths of Lauvås and Tjomsås in Vennesla, and on to Strai in Kristiansand. The route is particularly suitable for families with children and is offered with four free accommodations, mainly open-air huts. The ambition is to develop Fjellmannsvegen into a national tourist attraction.
