Syse Gard is a traditional fruit, meat and cider farm in Ulvik, Hardanger that has been run by the same family since 1888. Here you can buy local products such as apple juice, cider, jam and cured meats, visit the farm sale and summer café, and participate in tours and cider tastings in season.
Between high mountains with a view of the fjord, the family has been farming for almost six generations. In our farm shop we offer processed fruit in many forms, from jams to juices and ciders. You will also find traditionally processed lamb meat such as fenal legs and bacon sausage.
