Røros Hotell in Røros is an authorized serving place for Norwegian, barrel-aged aquavit approved by the Friends of Norwegian Aquevits (from 19 Aug. 2016). Here, a large selection of Norwegian aquavits is combined with food dishes in the hotel's restaurant and bar areas.
