The sauna is mixed, available for both male and female guests. The Finnish tradition is to use the sauna naked without swimwear. Large towels available in the changing room. Lockers exist in the sauna area, as well as refreshments. NOTE: this is in the Finnair lounge, in the non-Schengen area.
